White Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium onions, chopped
4 c. cubed chicken
1 can (7 oz.) diced green chiles
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 c. Northern white beans
1 pint sour cream
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
2 cans (12 oz. each) chicken broth
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. cloves
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. grated Jack cheese
Preparation

Saute onion; add garlic, chicken and continue to cook until done. Add seasoning, chiles, broth, beans, cheese and sour cream.
Cook until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
Top each serving with cheese.
