Mom'S Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta cheese or jalapeno cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (chopped)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. instant rice
Preparation

Melt cheese in a long dish or casserole bowl.
Spread broccoli on top.
Add cream of mushroom soup and rice.
Mix together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
Stir after about 30 minutes and so on as needed.
