Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, peeled, sliced and cooked until barely tender, drain
    3 small onions, sliced fine and diced
    1 green pepper, sliced fine and diced
    1 can undiluted tomato soup
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour over hot carrots.
    Cool. Refrigerate and stir occasionally.
    Will keep well 2 to 3 weeks in refrigerator.
