Cornish Pasties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. diced raw potatoes
    3/4 lb. lean raw steak (round steak), cut into small cubes
    cold water
    1 lb. short crust pastry
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    egg yolk or milk
Preparation
    Note:
    I usually add diced carrots and peas.
