Pottage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lentils
    1 qt. tomatoes
    8 medium carrots
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 onions, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Soak lentils in
    cold
    water for 1 hour.
    Drain.
    Saute hamburger and onion
    until\thamburger
    just
    loses\tcolor
    and onions are soft.
    Add
    this, carrots and seasonings and simmer until carrots are just done and flavors are blended.
