Jar Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs (in a jar)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Shake 2 eggs in a jar.
Add sugar, oil and orange juice. Shake well.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Shake until smooth.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
