Parmesan Casserole Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. lukewarm milk, scalded
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. margarine, softened
1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Soften yeast in water; cut margarine into sifted flour, sugar and salt.
Add yeast, egg and milk.
Beat well.
Stir in cheese and parsley.
Put into well-greased 8-inch square pan.
Cover and let rise until double.
Dot with margarine and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
