Egg Timbales With Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    6 Tbsp. whole milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add milk and seasonings; beat again. Butter timbale molds or custard cups, and fill two-thirds full. Place in a pan of hot water and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven until firm, about 25 minutes.
