Strawberry Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb
1 pt. strawberries
3/4 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. lemon
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cut rhubarb in 1/2-inch pieces.
Mix with strawberries.
Pour over sugar, lemon, flour, salt and butter.
Let sit while making pie crust.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
