2 loaves bread (regular)
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. onions
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
broth from the cooked meat and giblets
Preparation

Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
Sprinkle the baking powder over the crumbled toasted bread.
Add the poultry seasoning to bread crumbs.
