Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. cubed beef
    2 cups cubed carrots
    2 cups cubed potatoes
    2 cups cubed celery
    4 small onions
    1 slice bread, torn
    3 Tbsp. minute tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 medium cans tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Place all in a large roaster. Bake 250 degrees for 5 hours. Keep covered but stir occasionally.
