Macaroni, Cheese And Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. large macaroni
    1/2 to 1 onion, chopped (optional)
    1/2 lb. any type Longhorn cheese
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 pt. tomatoes (juice and all)
Preparation
    Boil macaroni and onion together in salted water until macaroni is tender; drain.
    Cube at least 1/2 pound cheese in bowl.
    Add in soup and the boiled macaroni and blend together. Add to this the tomatoes.
    Stir.
    Place in a buttered casserole dish.
    Bake 1 hour covered in 400\u00b0 oven.
