Never Fail Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    4 c. sugar
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate pieces
    1/2 jar marshmallow cream
Preparation
    Place evaporated milk and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to rolling boil; boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly or to 238\u00b0. Remove from heat and fold in the chocolate pieces and the marshmallow cream. Stir until blended (add chopped nuts if desired). Pour into a greased pan; cool and place in refrigerator until ready to slice.
