Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 onion, minced
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine meat with bread crumbs, salt, pepper, onion and egg. Form into small balls.
    Heat cookie sheet.
    Add oil and brown meat balls on all sides.
    Add water; close cover securely.
    Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 5 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly.
    Let pressure drop on its own accord.
