Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    6 pork chops
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. flour
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 c. half and half
Preparation
    Bring rice and water to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook until rice is tender and water is absorbed, about 20 minutes. Combine rice with celery, onion and garlic salt.
