Banana Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. oat-bran cereal
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    1 1/4 c. skim milk
    2 very ripe bananas (the riper the better)
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Mix the milk, bananas, egg whites and oil in a bowl or blender.
    Add to the dry ingredients and mix.
    Line the muffin pan with paper baking cups and fill them with batter.
    Bake for 17 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
