1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
Place on a cookie sheet. With fork dipped in sugar, flatten cookie with crisscross design.
