Ingredients

green mangoes
1 c. white vinegar
3 c. water
1/4 c. Hawaiian salt
1 box brown sugar
1/4 tsp. 5 spice (Chinese spice mixture)
1 tsp. red food coloring
Preparation
-
Slice the mangoes into 4 quart jars.
Combine and cook the remaining ingredients until salt and sugar are dissolved.
Pour over the mangoes.
