Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pinto beans, mashed (Luck's canned beans may be used)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
