Ingredients

10 slices bacon
2 to 3 c. frozen hash browns
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

In an electric frypan, fry bacon until crisp and set aside. Remove most of the grease from the pan and add hash browns.
Cook for 10 minutes and add grated cheese on top.
Cook 5 to 10 minutes longer and serve.
