Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can cream-style corn
    1 c. milk
    1 well beaten egg
    1/4 c. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimento (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs or more
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Pour in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered 20 minutes.
