Apricot Delight Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot jello
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. water
2 (4 3/4 oz.) jars apricot baby food
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Combine jello, sugar and water in a small saucepan; bring to boil, stirring to dissolve sugar and jello.
Remove from heat and stir in fruit.
Set aside to cool.
Combine condensed milk and cream cheese, beating until smooth.
Stir in gelatin mixture, then nuts.
Pour into dish and chill until firm.
This is wonderful for special occasions.
