3-Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Set oven at 375\u00b0.
    Mix butter, sour cream and egg together. Stir in both cans of corn.
    Blend in dry ingredients (muffin mix) and spoon into well-greased casserole dish.
    Bake about 1 hour until golden brown and crispy on top.
    Serves 6 to 8.
