Tuna Noodle Newburg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
    2/3 c. evaporated skim milk
    1/2 c. shredded low calorie process cheese product (2 oz.)
    1/3 c. whipped mayonnaise-type salad dressing substitute
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    2 (7 oz.) cans water pack tuna, drained
    4 oz. medium noodles, cooked
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento
Preparation
    Combine soup and evaporated milk.
    Bring to boil; stir often. Remove from heat; stir in cheese, salad dressing and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    Stir until cheese melts.
    Blend in sherry.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake, covered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
