Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

1 medium size head loose cabbage
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
salt, pepper, garlic salt and meat tenderizer to taste
1 c. uncooked rice
tomatoes
sauerkraut
Preparation

Scald cabbage.
Combine ground beef, sausage, salt, pepper, garlic salt and meat tenderizer.
Mix with rice.
