Veal And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal cutlets
    2 green peppers
    1/2 onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    pepper
    salt
    oregano
    garlic powder
    whiskey shot of wine
Preparation
    Brown meat on low flame in very little oil. Do not fully cook meat. Slice green peppers 1/2 to 1 inch wide lengthwise. Add peppers and onion to meat mixture. When peppers get a little soft, throw in remaining ingredients, except the wine. Let simmer for about 1/2 hour; add the wine. If mixture gets a little dry, add water.
