Strawberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sliced strawberries
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Beat eggs.
    Blend in oil, vanilla and milk.
    Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients.
    Stir quickly, just until moistened.
    Fold in berries.
    Spoon into well-greased 2 1/2-inch muffin cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove to wire rack.
    Serve warm.
