Brandy Alexander Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    graham cracker crust
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 oz. cognac
    2 oz. creme de cacao
    1 c. heavy cream
    3 eggs, separated
Preparation
    In a saucepan sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water.
    Add 1/3 cup of sugar, salt and egg yolks.
    Heat until the gelatin dissolves and the mixture thickens.
    Do not boil.
    Cool until the mixture mounds; add cognac and creme de cacao.
    Beat the egg whites until stiff and gradually add 1/3 cup sugar.
    Whip 1 cup of cream and gently fold all three together and turn into crust and chill.
