Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. beef chuck, cut in 1-inch cubes
2 c. chopped onion
3 green peppers, chopped
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Put into 3 1/2 to 5-quart slow cooker in order given.
Cover and cook on high for 8 hours.
With wire whisk, stir until meat is shredded.
Serve on hard rolls or burger buns.
