Caramel-Apple Streusel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 apples, peeled and sliced
    3/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
    6 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Arrange the apples in a microwave dish.
    Stir together caramel topping, water and lemon juice.
    Pour over apples.
    In a small bowl combine flour, sugar and cinnamon.
    Cut in butter, until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
    Sprinkle over apples.
    Cook for about 10 to 14 minutes or until apples are tender.
