Red Lobster Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk baking mix
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    With wooden spoon beat until soft dough forms.
    Beat vigorously 30 seconds.
    Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
    Combine 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
    Brush over warm biscuits before removing from pan.
    Makes 10 to 12 biscuits.
