Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
8 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. white wine or water
1 box stuffing mix
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
Preparation

Lay chicken breast pieces in large (11 x 13-inch) baking pan. Layer slices of Swiss cheese over chicken.
Stir white wine or water into soup; pour over cheese.
Melt butter and mix into stuffing.
(Ignore the stuffing package instructions.)
Layer stuffing mixture over the soup.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
