Spicy Bacon Bean Pot - cooking recipe

3 (16 oz.) cans baked beans
2 (15 oz.) cans red kidney beans
2 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
10 slices bacon
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. smoke flavored barbecue sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Prepare onions to fry.
Have hot fat in frying pan.
When onions are seasoned and frying nicely, slide into oven.
Place over the fire another frying pan.
When fat is smoking hot in same, put a nice one inch thick steak into same, sear on both sides quickly in hot fat.
When done place on platter, season, remove onions from the oven, drain all the fat off the onions. Cover steak with onions and serve at once with a few slices of lemon and tomatoes and a small sprig of parsley.
