Island Chicken Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 (6-inch) wooden skewers
    1 (10 oz.) jar Kraft apricot preserves
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Kraft Thousand Island dressing
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut in 1/2-inch strips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cover skewers with water; let soak 5 minutes.
    Mix preserves, dressing and soup mix in saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Thread chicken strips into individual skewers.
    Place in 15 x 10-inch foil-lined pan.
    Pour dressing mixture over chicken, thoroughly coating chicken.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 24 appetizers.
