Orange Peach Pie(For Diabetics) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. + 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/2 c. Splenda
2 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free jello
5 c. diced fresh or frozen unsweetened peaches, thawed and drained
1 reduced fat graham cracker (8-inch) pie crust
1 c. nonfat whipped topping
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine cornstarch, salt and water until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in sweetener and gelatin. Cool. Fold in peaches. Pour into crust and refrigerate for 2 hours or until serving. Garnish with whipped topping.
