Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 heads cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tray ice cubes
    2 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Boil together; let cool.
    Squeeze out cabbage; mix in 2 red and 2 green peppers (chopped) and 1 stalk celery.
    Pour cooled syrup over and put in containers and freeze.
