Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lime gelatin
1 c. cold water and pineapple juice
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. maraschino cherries
1 c. whipped cream
1 c. hot water
6 oz. cream cheese
2 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Drain pineapple and add enough water to juice to make 1 cup.
Add to gelatin, then add cream cheese that has been slightly softened.
Chill until slightly thick, then beat until light and fluffy.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Put in gelatin ring and chill.
