Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Niblets corn
    4 egg yolks, beaten lightly
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. butter
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat the yolks and corn lightly and set aside.
    Combine the flour, sugar, salt, butter and pepper.
    Add milk slowly, beating until smooth.
    Combine the 2 mixtures and pour into a well-greased casserole dish.
    Bake in a pan of water at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until custard is firm.
