Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 c. applesauce (approximately 20 lb. apples)
    12 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. cinnamon drops
Preparation
    Cook in a large pan (roaster) in medium oven (350\u00b0) until no water runs off when put in dish.
    Put in jars and seal.
    This makes 10 to 14 pints of apple butter.
