My Favorite French Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Idaho potatoes
    1-inch hot Crisco in an iron frying pan
Preparation
    Slice the potatoes into thin shoestring size.
    Fry in hot grease until golden brown or deep brown.
    Stir occasionally.
    Do not crowd potatoes in pan.
    Drain on absorbent paper placed on a paper plate.
    Good eating!!
