Tomato Bacon Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8-10 slices cooked bacon
    1 medium tomato peeled and chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    3/4 cups swiss cheese
    1/2 cup ham, chopped
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp basil
    1 can Hungry Jack biscuits
Preparation
    Chop bacon, ham, tomato, onion, and cheese.
    Add mayonnaise and basil.
    Cut biscuits into quarters, place each quarter into a mini muffin pan.
    Use a wood spoon dusted with flour to mash into the cup.
    Add above mixture.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
