Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Jiffy or Bisquick mix
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. butter or oleo, softened
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1 single pie crust (9-inch)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except coconut, in blender or with electric mixer on low speed for 3 minutes.
    (Also can be whisked.) Pour into pie pan, let stand 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle coconut over top.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
