Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. cut up chicken
1/2 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Salt and pepper chicken; place, skin side up, in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Place under broiler; brown on both sides, turning skin side back up.
Mix all other ingredients together; spoon over chicken.
Cover with foil; bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
