Lemon Cake Top Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 scant Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
juice of 1 lemon
2 egg yolks
1 c. milk
2 egg whites
Preparation

Combine the sugar, flour and pinch of salt.
Beat together lemon juice, egg yolks and milk.
Add to the first part and beat. Beat egg whites; add to the mixture.
Pour into unbaked crust. Bake for 30 minutes in moderate oven.
