Zucchini Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced zucchini
2 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped or 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. sage
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. sugar
dash of nutmeg
dash or 2 Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Minute rice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Simmer about 15 minutes or until vegetables are done.
Add rice last.
Cover and steam until rice is done.
