Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes chicken stuffing mix
    5 c. zucchini, peeled and cubed
    water
    3 shredded carrots
    3 sticks margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    Mix stuffing mix with margarine; set aside.
    Place zucchini and onion in pot with enough water to cover.
    Boil 5 minutes; drain and cool.
    Mix zucchini and onion with soup, carrots and sour cream.
    Place half of stuffing in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Pour zucchini mixture in and cover with remaining stuffing mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
    Cover with foil until last 10 minutes.
