Fluffy Lime Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
    2 c. boiling water
    1 flat can crushed pineapple
    1 small carton cottage cheese
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 carton whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and marshmallows in boiling water, stirring until dissolved.
    Cool until thick.
    Fold in pineapple, cottage cheese, pecans and whipped cream.
    Chill until firm.
    Serve squares on lettuce leaves.
    Yield:
    10 servings.
