Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can Pet milk, chilled
1 pkg. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick margarine, melted
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. real lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened in microwave
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Chill a large can of Pet milk (make sure it shakes thick, but not frozen).
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, use 1 package graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick margarine (melted).
Mix together well.
Use the back of the spoon and press in corners and up on the sides of the pan.
It falls down sometimes, but keep going, it will stay up. Place in refrigerator to set.
