Hash And Potatoes On Shingles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can corned beef hash
    flour
    grease
    water
    loaf bread
    potatoes
    onions
    A.1. steak sauce
Preparation
    Dice potatoes (enough to feed everybody you are serving). Boil potatoes until done.
    In a frying pan, combine grease, flour and water.
    This makes a pan of light brown gravy.
    Mix corned beef hash with gravy.
    Add onions.
    Add steak sauce, enough to give flavor.
    Let simmer a few minutes.
    Drain potatoes.
    Pour gravy mix with corned beef hash over potatoes.
    Add water, if needed, to cover potatoes.
    Let simmer together a few minutes. Serve over bread.
    Two pieces of bread smothered with hash and potatoes is one serving.
