Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. chopped raw apples
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 whole eggs (room temperature)
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift all dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
Add eggs, oil and flavoring, beating constantly.
Fold in nuts and apples; blend well.
Bake in large sheet pan greased and floured well in 350\u00b0 oven about 45 minutes or until done in center.
